How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply:

- Include your order number or purchase email
- Let us know why you're requesting a refund (optional, helps us improve)
We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
What Happens After a Refund
Once refunded:
- Your license key will be deactivated
- You'll need to uninstall the software
- You can always purchase again in the future if you decide to come back
Important Notes
- Refunds are only available within 14 days of the original purchase
- We recommend using the 7-day free trial before purchasing to ensure the software meets your needs
- Multiple refund requests may result in purchase restrictions
Exceptions
We may decline a refund if:
