1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Sum Genius grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to your purchased tier:

  • Personal License: Non-commercial use on 1 device
  • Pro License: Commercial use on 1 device
  • Team License: Commercial use on up to 5 devices
  • Business License: Commercial use on up to 20 devices

2. License Duration

Your license is perpetual for the major version purchased (e.g., v1.x). This means:

  • Your license never expires
  • You receive free updates for 18 months from purchase date
  • After 18 months, your software continues to work but won't receive new updates
  • Major version upgrades (e.g., v2.0) are optional and available at a discounted rate

3. Trial Period

The free trial provides 7 days of full access to all features. No credit card is required. After the trial, you must purchase a license to continue using the software.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Share your license key with others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the software
  • Use the software for illegal purposes
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

5. Device Activation

Each license is tied to a specific number of devices based on your tier. If you need to transfer your license to a new device, contact support at support@sumgtool.com.

6. Intellectual Property

Sum Genius and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the software at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sum Genius be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the software.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
